The Mindset Player Code

Ten principles that define what it means to be a Mindset player.

Our Standard

The Mindset Player Code

Mindset Tennis Academy players commit to:

1

Giving their best effort at every practice and match.

2

Focusing on the small details that lead to improvement.

3

Staying positive and resilient through challenges.

4

Showing respect to teammates, opponents, and coaches.

5

Growing both on and off the court.

01

Bring Your Best Every Day

Commit fully to every session. Whether it's a warm-up, a drill, or match play — give maximum effort. Champions don't have off-days by choice.

02

Own Your Attitude

You control your response to every situation. Stay positive, stay composed, and never let external factors dictate your performance or behaviour.

03

Respect Everyone

Treat coaches, opponents, officials, and fellow players with dignity and respect. The way you conduct yourself defines you more than any result.

04

Embrace the Challenge

Seek out difficulty. The hard drills, the tough opponents, the uncomfortable situations — these are where growth happens. Welcome them.

05

Stay Present, Stay Focused

One point at a time. Don't dwell on mistakes or worry about the outcome. Be fully engaged in the moment and trust your preparation.

06

Support Your Team

Lift others up. Encourage your training partners, celebrate their successes, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

07

Be Coachable

Listen actively, ask questions, and be open to feedback. The best players in the world never stop learning. Neither should you.

08

Compete with Integrity

Play fair. Call lines honestly. Win with humility and lose with grace. Your character shines brightest in the heat of competition.

09

Never Give Up

Fight for every point, every game, every set. Resilience is built in the moments when you want to quit but choose to keep going.

10

Represent the Academy with Pride

You are a Mindset player. On and off the court, carry yourself with the standards, values, and excellence that our academy stands for.

"I am a Mindset player. I bring my best, respect the game, and never stop growing."
